You agree not to send any prohibited content through the service, including but not limited to:

Fraudulent, libelous, or defamatory messages.

Content that violates any law or regulation (including SHAFT: Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, and Tobacco).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SMS service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Caliber Rehab and Performance is not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
